Our recent sale of a ground floor, self-contained commercial suite proves the hunger for office space continues, from both investors and occupiers. Ground floor office space is hard to come by, especially within such close walking proximity to Norwest Market Town Shopping Centre and Norwest Rail Link, however after long standing residential agency Ray White Baulkham Hills decided it was time to sell the business and property, we were excited to be jointly appointed as the selling agents.

The ecstatic sellers achieved a sales result of just over $7100 per sq m excluding GST. A NEW RECORD, surpassing our previous record in Building A of $6200 per sq m.
Popular commercial buildings, such as the “The Solent Centre” will always be in demand due to the prime proximity to key amenities and generous onsite visitor parking.
